We engage a diverse set of local stakeholders to co-create a set of shared priorities. Using methods honed during our work with 200+ cities, we combine local community priorities with rigorous and holistic analyses of the urban economy. Then, we act by boosting and coordinating efforts, igniting initiatives to bring about real change.
Create an Investable Pipeline
We use our capacity- and venture-building expertise to connect innovative ideas with the necessary resources and expertise. This involves integrating established and new interventions into a cohesive pipeline of projects ready for investment, ensuring they complement each other.
Build an Enabling Environment
We collaborate with local governments and funders to build a supportive ecosystem that maximizes the success and scalability of circular solutions. Through policy, infrastructure, programming, and multi-sector partnerships, we design impact multipliers that will reinforce the implementation of transformative solutions, enabling them to outcompete the status quo.
Replicate & Scale
The CCC sets up practical peer learning opportunities between cities using existing networks. We share our methods, lessons, and best practices within these networks. And by collaborating within existing city networks and support groups, we build an adaptive learning system to share our findings and insights, motivating other cities to initiate similar efforts.
